About the Role

Terrain Estates is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Accounts to support and oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage reports, compliance, and financial processes with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports

  • Monitor cash flows, expense tracking, and budget adherence

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with complete compliance

  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial functioning

  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control

  • Maintain accurate records, ledgers, invoices, and documentation

  • Support senior management with financial insights and analysis

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems) and MS Excel

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines

  • Experience in real estate accounting (preferred but not mandatory)
